AB TERMINAL FONT LICENSE

One license. All uses included.

1. Your license

After payment, the seller identified on your purchase receipt grants the purchasing person or company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the AB Terminal font styles included in that purchase. A single-style purchase covers that style; the full pack covers all four styles. Ownership of the font files is not transferred.

The purchase price includes personal and commercial use, with no additional fees for desktop, web, apps, project count, users within the licensed company, traffic, audience size, or revenue. No subscription or attribution is required.

2. What you can make

Use the fonts in unlimited projects, including logos, branding, print, packaging, merchandise for sale, advertising, social media, video, broadcast, games, websites, apps, ebooks, PDFs, and other digital products.

Install the fonts on any devices used by the licensed person or company. Employees and contractors may access the files solely to work for that licensee. Contractors must remove their copies when their work ends, unless they hold their own license.

You may create and deliver work for clients. Clients may use the finished work, including websites, apps, and documents with embedded fonts. A client needs its own license to install or independently reuse the font files in other projects.

3. Embedding and modifications

You may self-host and embed the fonts in websites, apps, games, ebooks, and documents. You may convert formats, subset characters, and modify the fonts for your licensed projects. The same license applies to those modified or converted files.

Use reasonable measures to prevent standalone extraction or reuse of embedded fonts. Normal browser delivery of a webfont is permitted. Embedding must serve the product's display or functionality, rather than provide a font download or font distribution service.

4. What is not included

Do not sell, sublicense, give away, or publicly distribute the font files, modified versions, or converted versions as standalone fonts. Do not include them in font bundles, public source repositories, or templates that provide reusable font files to others. Sharing with employees and contractors and embedding as described above are permitted.

The license covers one person or one company, not unrelated companies or clients using the fonts independently. You may sell the work you make with the fonts; you may not sell the fonts themselves.

5. Your purchase and rights

Keep your purchase receipt as proof of your license. The license version supplied with your purchase applies to that purchase; later changes do not reduce the rights already granted. Future font products or updates are not promised by this license.

Nothing in this license excludes mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions, contact the seller through the contact details on your purchase receipt.
